Jeff Krulik documented Maryland's mid-80s headbanger culture in Heavy Metal Parking Lot, a 16-minute cult favorite documentary. On Thursday, he'll be at the Creative Alliance for this year’s Found Footage Festival with "Public Access Explosion," a collection of the best picks from his days working in public access television in Prince George's County. The Creative Alliance in southeast Baltimore presents Found Footage Festival: Public Access Explosion on Thursday, May 2 at 8pm. Tickets are $12 for the general public and $7 for members and students.
